The Billy Buffalo Band

Performed solo in July of 1999 at a fundraiser for Senator Tom Harkin in Des Moines. I entertained a group of Democrats waiting to see and hear President Clinton. It rained several times in an hour and then cleared off just in time for his speech. They ran Bill's podium mike into my trusty little Peavey p.a. system so the damp Democrats could hear him. It worked like a charm. Thank you Hartley Peavey!
Bill likes his Diet Coke.

Let's not forget the friendly Republicans either. The Frontier Fiddle Band has had the opportunity to play four times now for Representative Tom Latham's annual Appreciation Party on his back deck near Alexander, Iowa. I believe it rained half way through our performance on one of those occasions. Here Tom and organizer Gwen Ecklund bask in the post concert glow of a rainbow after our 2001 performance. That was cool. Thanks Tom.

Jamming in the park with Dave Moore, warming up for a duo concert in Atlantic, Iowa. I've done several fun Iowa concerts with Dave. He is a great performer and musician. His CD's are available on Red House Records. The song we cowrote called Half My Life is on his first CD entitled Over My Shoulder.
