Scandinavian Pioneer Cemetery Restoration  1997

On Highway 169 a few miles south  ( and west ) of the Dayton

This project was sponsored by the Emanuel Lutheran Church and coordinated by Norman Lundquist.   Powerwashed and reset three small monuments which had been  found stacked  in the corner of the burial field.   There is a tall monument on the site which details the history of the Scandinavian pioneers buried there.
